Eleanor began working with Rising Solutions in March of 2022. Founder and CEO Michelle Risinger does human-centered design for social impact. She is an internationally recognized innovation strategist, facilitator, and public speaker. Her work at
Pact led her to create her own company,
Rising Solutions. Since its inception in 2021 she has been developing professional curriculum related to improving workplace problem-solving, creativity, brainstorming, and facilitation. That's when Eleanor came in. She works as Marketing and Events Coordinator advising Michelle on marketing strategy, social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and providing feedback on course content. She also works with clients and learners, manages the course curriculum, social media, and more.
