Eleanor is a creative marketing professional with an interest in management and people organization. She loves to brainstorm and be part of the idea stage of creativity but tends to have a natural preference for implementation. She is a driven, team-oriented leader who sees the best in others.

Eleanor began her career coaching swimming and teaching group exercise classes. She was a Division I swimmer at American University in Washington, DC. where, as a full-time student, she also managed the Behavioral Research Lab at the Kogod School of Business. Eleanor is currently the Marketing and Events Coordinator at the boutique innovation consulting company Rising Solutions and part-time bartender at Chicken + Whiskey

Eleanor began working with Rising Solutions in March of 2022. Founder and CEO Michelle Risinger does human-centered design for social impact. She is an internationally recognized innovation strategist, facilitator, and public speaker. Her work at Pact led her to create her own company, Rising Solutions. Since its inception in 2021 she has been developing professional curriculum related to improving workplace problem-solving, creativity, brainstorming, and facilitation. That's when Eleanor came in. She works as Marketing and Events Coordinator advising Michelle on marketing strategy, social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and providing feedback on course content. She also works with clients and learners, manages the course curriculum, social media, and more.
Eleanor began working with 3servings, a boutique event planning and concierge service company in Chevy Chase, MD, in March of 2021. During her time there she worked as an administrative assistant and created social media content for the event planning side of the business. She also worked with CEO, Richelle Smith to create an online course, The Concierge Campus which teaches aspiring concierge professionals how to service, plan, market, and build their very own concierge business from the ground up. Eleanor designed the logo, website, and wrote the online course based on the 17+ years of experience Smith has in the industry.
